Frequently Asked Questions

Where do my donations go?

All donations will go towards our funding recipient's child life and wellness program! For our next campaign, PTP will target the three main pediatric services providers in Boston: MassGeneral Hospital for Children, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Boston Medical Center. For more information, check out our mission and goal pages! If you would like to fund a specific initiative or hospital program, please make a note of that in your donation.

What will my donations fund?

Each donation will go directly to support the day-to-day operations of child life and wellness programs! This includes purchasing new toys for inpatient playrooms, the implementation and reinstitution of weekly support programs and events, upgrading technology, and ensuring that every child is able to smile throughout their hospital visit!

Can I donate toys or gifts instead of money?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the risk for contagion, most children’s hospitals are not accepting donations at this time. We will, however, keep donors updated should this change in the coming months!

Can you donate to my hospital’s child life program?

For now, we are just partnering with select programs in Boston, but we are hopeful that we will be able to expand in the future! If you would like to talk more, please fill out a contact form!
